Liam Hemsworth

Liam Hemsworth was born on January 13, 1990 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.  He is the younger brother of Chris Hemsworth and Luke Hemsworth.  His favorite actors include Leonardo DiCaprio, Heath Ledger, and Paul Newman.  And he has an English, Irish, Scottish, and German ancestry, and I'm part German, yes!

I know him personally as Gale Hawthorne from The Hunger Games and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, which he is really hot in, no doubt about it!  And he was considered the title role in Thor (2011), but we all know that the role went to his brother Chris.  He would be good as Thor, but I sort of don't really see him as Thor, I see him better as Gale Hawthorne.

When I saw this picture, I think I went a little crazy because, first of all they're all pretty cute, and two: this will be a very hard decision for some girls who like all three of them but can only choose one, trust me, I should know.  On the left is Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark, in the middle, of course, is Liam Hemsworth as the one and only Gale Hawthorne, and on the right is Sam Claflin as Finnick Odair.

What I really like about him, is that whatever role he's played, it might not be a huge role, but he can get noticed very easily...maybe it's because of The Hunger Games fandom thing going on, and there's nothing wrong with having an obsession with a fandom of yours, trust me I should know what it's like having a fan-girl moment.  What I'm really happy about is that he broke off the engagement with Miley Cyrus on September 16, 2013, and I think everybody knows what's happened to her, and it's not pretty.  And I'm really excited about ihm being ranked number three in "Sexiest Man" in 2013 by Glamour Magazine, and he is several spots ahead of Chris, I wonder what that feeling is like, beating your older sibling at something.  Well that's all I've got for this actor, just let me know in a comment if I missed anything important about him or whatever, so see you next time!

Jennifer Lawrence

The Academy Award Winning Actress Jennifer Lawrence, best-known for playing Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games (2012), was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 15, 1990.  Her birth name is Jennifer Shrader Lawrence and her nicknames are Jen and JLaw.

Ok, I'm just throwing this out there...whoever DOES NOT love Jennifer Lawrence, I think you're a very sad person and get to know this person, because she's the only actress that I know that has a sense of humor and is a lot like a regular human being, not one of those kind of actors who is stubborn, selfish, etc. (end of thinking capacity); that's something she would say.  All of my friends, and most of my family pretty much know as "Katniss Everdeen, The Girl On Fire!", and all that jazz, which is true, and in my experience of knowing her, I just know her as Katniss Everdeen.

She is one of my all time favorite actresses because she is one of those actors who loves who she is, and I'm not saying that other actresses/actors don't love who they are, I'm just saying that most people would love to be like her.  One of my favorite quotes from her is this one:

If you're having trouble reading the picture I'll just write it: "In Hollywood, I'm obese.  I'm considered a fat actress.  I eat like a caveman.  I'll be the only actress that doesn't have anorexia rumors!  I'm never going to starve myself for a part.  I'm invincible.  I don't want little girls to be like, 'Oh, I want to look like Katniss, so I'm going to skip dinner!'".  This quote is sooooo inspirational to me because I remember when I kept seeing actresses like that, or just ordinary people and I thought to myself over and over again, 'Why can't I be like that', well it's because I was made this way and I couldn't change that, I tried excepting that fact, which I did eventually, and ever since I started to do the swim team again, I've felt better than ever in my life, whenever I get a really good and strong workout in.

Well that's all I have about Jennifer Lawrence, if you have any questions or anything like that just send me a comment and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can.  And keep reading my blogs!

Tom Hiddleston

I know Tom Hiddleston only from Thor, Thor: The Dark World and War Horse.  I know him mostly as Loki who is.......just.......AMAZING!!!!!!!  He's a british actor born on February 9, 1981 in Westminster, London, England.  Full name: Thomas William Hiddleston, say it with a british accent it sounds funny, it sure made me laugh!  And he's freaking 6'2, and I'm just a little shrimp who's 5'1, but he's not the tallest person I've ever seen, I've seen someone who's maybe 6'10 or somewhere around that height.

Whenever I write these blogs I always like to figure out there biography of how they ended up here and how it all started sort of deal.  His parents divorced when he was 13, he has two sisters Sarah (older) and Emma (younger).  Huh that's funny he's a middle child, just like me from my dad's side.  I have an older half-sister and younger brother.  We can sort of relate, well besides the acting and all that jazz!

When I saw this movie with one of my awesome friends a couple of weeks ago, I swear we're both going crazy because it was thrilling, it was amazing, it was dramatic, and it was depressing at one point, but I knew that he didn't...uhhh...nevermind, I don't want to give away any spoilers.  But overall the movie was just incredible.  I've never seen the first Thor, but I hope it's as good as the second one!!!  Well, usually most first-time movies are fantastic, but anyways lets continue with Tom Hiddleston shall we.

I heard from some of my friends that he's coming for The Sundance Film Festival up at Sundance!!!!! I've never been to one, but I really want to go to this, and sadly, I don't think I'll be able to because of school and other stuff, oh well, I'll try to find other famous people their next time, that's if I want to go next time.

He has a lot of quotes, or just simple sentences that turn out to be a funny quote or whatever, but I just adore them.  One of his quotes that I extremely love is this one, "I get asked to play a lot of complex people, which is great because I think that people are complex, much more so than any of us are really willing to let on.  There is an enormous pressure to conform to what's conventional now, and I think people are quite afraid of individuality, actually".  I love this quote because people are complex in a way, and he fits that quality perfectly.  He's basically saying that everybody does fell pressure at some point in their lives, but hopefully we'll be able to manage that sort of thing.  I just hope that when he makes his next film, he'll be as great as he usually is in all his other movies!

Captain America

Focuses on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns into the Super Solider known as Captain America.  As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving.)  Critics have said, "With plenty of pulpy action, a pleasantly retro vibe, and a handful of fine performances, Captain America is solidly old-fashioned blockbuster entertainment."  This movie on the "tomatometer" has been given a 79%, fresh: 173 and a rotten: 47.  The audience have the movie an astonishing 73%.  In my opinion on this movie was just fantastic, I loved the story line, the characters, and pretty much the whole thing.

Captain America: The First Avenger Movie Poster
Christopher Robert Evans was born on June 13 1981 in Boston, MA.  Nickname: Cevans.  He is an american actor, not to get confused with the British DJ and wild man of the same name - began his acting career in typical fashion: performing in school productions and community theater.  But it was his rapid rise to stardom that was unusual.  He was in first grade when he started to act, because of his older sister, Carly, who was also acting, he started following and began appearing in school plays.  From there, it was a quick jump to theater camp and later an internship for a casting office.  He made his first appearance on The Fugitive (2000), CBS, 2000-2001), a remake of the 1960s series and feature film starring Harrison Ford.  And his lates movie of this year was Thor: The Dark World as Captain America, but he was only in it for a little second, not much of a major character in the movie though, just to add a little comedy to it.

Chris Evans
Let's just hope that he keeps up his hard work on his acting career, but I don't think he'll have a problem with that.  Why do you ask, (that's if you're asking)?  Well it's because he's coming out with two new movies which I'm really excited for, Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and The Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)!!!!!!!!!  But I can't wait that long, eh oh well, I can try to make it as far as I can.  Stay classy Utah, (well try to stay classy at least). TTFN Tata For Now!!!

Kierra Knightley

Keira Christina Knightley was born on March 26, 1985 in Teddington, Middlesex, England, UK.  Some people I know know her as "Elizabeth Swan" from "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl", "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" and "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End".  It was these movies that got me hooked to Pirates of the Caribbean and some other movies with those certain actors in the movie series, and interested in certain types of actors as well.

Daughter of Will and and playwright Sharman Macdonald, and has an older brother, Caleb Knightley. After she requested an agent at the age of three, her parents allowed her to work on productions in her summer holidays. Her first multi-scene performance came in A Village Affair (1995, TV).  This was followed by small parts in the British crime series "The Bill" (1984), an exiled German in The Treasure Seekers (1996, TV) and a much more substantial role as the young "Judith Dunbar" in Giles Foster's adaptation of Rosamunde Pilcher's novel Coming Home (1998, TV), alongside Peter O'Toole, Penelope Keith and Joanna Lumley.  The first time Kiera's name was mentioned around the world was when it was revealed that she played Natalie Portman's decoy "Padme" to Portman's "Amidala" in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999).

That would've been soooooo neat to see her in that star wars film, considering I love the old star wars movies.  When they made Episodes I, II, and III (after the original star wars films: IV, V, and VI), they were good but not as good as the original movies.  Well it's usually the original movie or series that catches everybody's attention than the sequels.

She was also known in a movie called Love Actually (2003) which is a British Christmas-themed romantic comedy film written and directed by Richard Curtis.

Kiera Knightley is one of my favorite actresses and I just hope she has a happy life, since she just got married and all that, and lets hope the marriage goes well.  I've seen pictures of her husband, James Righton, and he doesn't look that appealing, no offense or anything if you're reading this.

Orlando Bloom

Orlando Jonathan Blanchard Bloom was born on January 13, 1977 in Canterbury, Kent, England, UK. Nicknames: Orli and OB.  Most people that I know know him as "Will Turner" from "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Peral", "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" and "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End".  When I saw the 3rd movie, and it was at the ending, I started balling my eyes out when Will left Elizabeth (Kiera Knightley), and I remember the music that was playing in the background, and it was just amazing, well besides the kissing scene, but overall it was fantastic.

The man he briefly knew as his father, Harry Bloom, was a fabled political activist who fought for civil rights in South Africa.  But he died fo a stroke when Orlando was only four years old.  After that, Orlando and his older sister, Samantha Bloom, were raised by their mother, Sonia, and family friend, Colin Stone.  When Orlando was thirteen, Sonia told him that Colin was actually his biological father.

Orlando attended St. Edmunds School in Canterbury but struggled in many course because of dyslexia.  He did embrace the arts, nonetheless, and enjoyed pottery, photography and sculpturing.  He also participated in school plays and was active at his local theater.  As a teen, he acquired his first job; he was a clay trapper at a pigeon shooting range.  Encouraged by his mother, he and his sister began studying poetry and prose, eventually giving readings at Kent Festival.  Him and his sister won many poetry and Bible reciting competitions.  Then Orlando, who admired larger-than-life characters, drifted towards serious acting.  At the age of sixteen, he moved to London and joined the National Youth Theatre, spending two seasons there and gaining a scholarship to train with the British American Drama Academy.

Like lots of young actors, he also auditioned for lots of television roles to encourage his career, gaining bit parts in British television shows "Casualty" (1986), "Midsomer Murders" (1997), and "Smack the Pony" (1999).  He also appeared in the highly rated movie Wilde (1997).  He then attended the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.  It was there, in 1998, that Orlando fell three stories from a rooftop terrace and broke his back.  Despite fears that he would be permanently paralyzed, he quickly recovered and returned to the stage.  One night in 1999 there was a director named Peter Jackson, and after the show, he met with Orlando and asked him to audition for his new set of movies.  After graduating from Guildhall, he began work on the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, spending 18 months in New Zealand bringing to life "Legolas", a part which made him a household name.  Today, he is one the busiest and most sought-after actors in the industry, and is married to Miranda Kerr from July 22, 2010 to the present with one child.  Lets hope that he keeps up with his acting and doesn't fall from a tree story terrace and break his back again!

His accomplishments include 2 Academy Award nominations, 3 Golden Globe wins, and a lot of other nominations and wins, a tremendous popular and commercial success, partially in his roles as Sherlock Holmes in Sherlock Holmes (2009) and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011).  He also played Tony Stark/Iron Man in the 2012 phenomenon The Avengers.

I personally know him as Tony Stark as Iron Man in Iron ManIron Man 2Iron Man 3.  My first time seeing Iron Man was a few years ago and I just remember so much action and funny moments, especially for his character.  Every time when some cool action packed moment comes he always says something hilarious and sometimes you can't stop laughing.

So far I don't think he's working on any movies right now, but he has 3 upcoming movies.  The first one is Chef (2014), the second on is The Judge (2014), and his third that I'm really excited for is The Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).  Throughout his life making movies he has made a bunch of money.  Richard III (1995) $50,000, Danger Zone (1996) $5000,000, Game 6 (2005) $100/day, Iron Man (2008) $500,000, Sherlock Holmes (2009) $9,000,000, Iron Man 2 (2010) $10,000,000, Due Date (2010) $12,000,000, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011) $15,000,000, and The Avengers (2012) $50,000,000.

Unfortunately he dropped out of Santa Monica High School to pursue acting full time.  His father introduced him to drugs, offering him a marijuana joint at age 8.  Has been arrested from at least 1996 to 2001.  He has been married twice, he's currently in his second marriage.  His first marriage was to Deborah Falconer from May 29, 1992 - April 26, 2004 and had 1 son.  His second marriage is to Susan Downey August 27, 2005 - Present and had another son, he kept his first son from his first marriage.  He's been to a couple of rehabilitation centers and a lot of other bad things.  I'm not going to name everything he's done with his life, but make sure you read it and see how he was then and now.  Lets hope that he stays that way for the rest of his life.
