Kierra Knightley

Keira Christina Knightley was born on March 26, 1985 in Teddington, Middlesex, England, UK.  Some people I know know her as "Elizabeth Swan" from "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl", "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" and "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End".  It was these movies that got me hooked to Pirates of the Caribbean and some other movies with those certain actors in the movie series, and interested in certain types of actors as well.

Daughter of Will and and playwright Sharman Macdonald, and has an older brother, Caleb Knightley. After she requested an agent at the age of three, her parents allowed her to work on productions in her summer holidays. Her first multi-scene performance came in A Village Affair (1995, TV).  This was followed by small parts in the British crime series "The Bill" (1984), an exiled German in The Treasure Seekers (1996, TV) and a much more substantial role as the young "Judith Dunbar" in Giles Foster's adaptation of Rosamunde Pilcher's novel Coming Home (1998, TV), alongside Peter O'Toole, Penelope Keith and Joanna Lumley.  The first time Kiera's name was mentioned around the world was when it was revealed that she played Natalie Portman's decoy "Padme" to Portman's "Amidala" in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999).

That would've been soooooo neat to see her in that star wars film, considering I love the old star wars movies.  When they made Episodes I, II, and III (after the original star wars films: IV, V, and VI), they were good but not as good as the original movies.  Well it's usually the original movie or series that catches everybody's attention than the sequels.

She was also known in a movie called Love Actually (2003) which is a British Christmas-themed romantic comedy film written and directed by Richard Curtis.

Kiera Knightley is one of my favorite actresses and I just hope she has a happy life, since she just got married and all that, and lets hope the marriage goes well.  I've seen pictures of her husband, James Righton, and he doesn't look that appealing, no offense or anything if you're reading this.
